A few years ago me and my buddy (in our druken state) made a promise that we would do the Argus before we were 30. Never gave it much thought after that and two years ago he reminded me of it and we decided to give it a go. A long stroy short, I managed to keep that promise, he got the runs the morning of Argus and could'nt complete.

I had the same question as g-star, and based on the answers above..will do it as well for prep for Argus 2013

Started in H, was aiming for a 3:30 and managed a 3:10...feeling pretty stoked about that. Must say it felt awesome cycling in a bunch, previously in started in Z and then X for fun rides and it’s a total ball game cycling in a bunch in a higher seeding
