No helmet, no ride. I’m in the process of launching a purpose-driven club called EzzyDrop Cycling Club, and these rides are the starting point. I used Bikeinn a few times and used UPS. No issues. In a weeks time my items arrived.

Sorry bud. But that is BS that they won't replace the bibshorts irrespective of the saddle you used. I would take them on and demand a refund. These expensive bibshorts are not the same quality like before.
