Not a nice New Year's surprise: got back to Jozi yesterday to discover that Northcliff Hill Louie Ave is now boomed and Joseph Ave is closed off fully. Is full road closure still possible. Anyone suggestions on how to challenge this? Hill repeats are no longer possible there for sure.
