R 8 for a PVM bar?! Are you nuts? A peanut-butter sandwich will cost about R2 to make, even if you put jam on.
Seriously, I'd consider a R40 bar if it tastes better than most of the bars out there.

R40 for a bar. Wow. That's amazing actually. Last year Allora was running a lunch time special. 300g steak with veg for just R9 more.

Sports massage is R150 a session - this is brilliant for when you are training hard and need assistance in recovery and for race preparation.
Physiotherapy treatment is R270 a session - this includes a complete assessment of injury and biomechanical analysis, injury treatment and personalised rehabilitation program.
Biomechanical screening is R300 - this involves an in depth analysis of sport specific movement patterns and includes a personalised conditioning program to prevent injury and improve your performance.

We have been going Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 8am from the Trail and Tar shop and LOVING it!!! Bangbroekies on a Friday at 8am. For those who are not riding yet – come and join us!!
There are 2 suggestions –
1. Tues group – we have some ladies who would prefer 6am and others 8am. These are the Wannabe and Tartette ladies who want to start getting fit. Let me know if you are interested in any of these times.
2. We also have a group of ladies who can only leave after 8.30am. Please indicate if this time suits you and on what days.

Welcome & good luck. I checked your shop and browsed a bit just after you opened. Everyone were friendly, made good bike conversation and there were some very delicious bikes on display. I also liked the open workshop area and the fact that one can talk to the mechanic in person. (I always feel uneasy to let my baby be led to a dark dingy dungeon to be operated on by an unseen hunchback.) I'll be back.

Ironic I know, but I lost my GPS ( Garmin Oregon 600)
