Hi Darrin, I have an entry and am looking for a partner. I am 63. I agree, with the right training, one feels better towards the end of the race. I train with a coach who specialises in the Epic and he has a 17 week programme that works very well. As an objective, it would be nice to finish in top 5 of the great grandmasters category Rob

Hi Darrin, Are you still looking for a partner? I have done 3 epics ( 2012, 2014 and 2023). Last one my partner struggled really badly and bailed on stage 5. Let me know Rob Sobey
