I have a pair of Giant flats and my husband has Nukeproof, both great pedals. Both us use Solomon Speedcross 3 shoes and have never slipped.

Sportmans Warehouse stocks Serfas gloves, but they are expensive. They sell a pair of gloves for R100 more expensive than a LBS in Bloemfontein.

I'm aware of the seven dams routes, but any other route ideas on the the northern suburbs side?

My husband and I've started MTB this year and we want to compete in the OFM Classic MTB race. Is there perhaps someone who can help me out with a route plan of previous years? I can't find a single one on the web, except the ones for the road race.
