  1. Point taken, and will educate the runners. I am in agreement that runners or walkers should stay clear of the DH tracks,as these are potential collision sites.
  2. Sorry you feel that way, because thats exactly the way motorists feel about cyclists on the road, and thats just really sad.
  3. Hi all My name is Noel and I am a partner in Trail and Tar. I think that the trail runners being referred to could be part of the Trail and Tar Wed evening trail runs, which I organise. If I may take this opportunity to respond to the complaints: Firstly to appologise if any of the runners have not followed basic trail etiquette, as I understand it, and will be informing all at the start of every run, is that any runner either going up OR down any single track, to give way to cyclists, all we ask is that u give us as much warning as u can by a simple friendly, "rider coming past" I undertake to educate the runners on this, and to the fact that we should stick to the left hand side of all the jeep tracks, and to be aware of cyclists. Agian guys, all we ask is that u give us a heads up, as we Sh**t ourselves when u come flying past, just as u guys do when the cars come screaming past you guys on the road. I am hoping that we don't get to the point of who can go where, and share this amazing playground with all. So this is a commitment on my part to educate and inform the Trail and Tar Wed runners on how to run trails. On the up side, every trail runner contributes to the Trail and Tar Car guards on a regular basis, thus keeping things safe for all. Look forward to sharing the trails with you guys.
