  6. Hi Jaco Oom piets and Nguni Trail Have changed. The new Owner is making a part of the route a Game farm, after some negotiations with other landowners we have managed to get a new route to "Oom Piets" and 'Nguni" decent. At the moment with all the rain we cannot spray a line and have only managed to cut the new route. It needs a bit of riding to get settled in, but we assure you all of our routes started out like this. I have a feeling the new route will be better than the old one, also an option is to do it in reverse if you know the route well, it now has added a few new lines to the network, going down to Nyoaka Ridge. By winter is should be a proper smooth climb up to the top. Van Gaalen Trails Team

  10. Fellow hubbers What i witnessed happen over the last few days on social media has completely astonished me. Ive seen both horrible and beautiful happen, and all the beautiful came from here! I have learnt a lot. how destructive jumping to conclusions and a good headline can be. How social media has been empowered to be the judge without the need for proof and facts to lay judgement. To the guys that had their doubts about the trails, my old man was out there today, hacking away at the poor defenseless plants. We will work our way back into the light, creating a space where people can be healthy, safe and amongst nature all at the same time! There is much i have to say, but some on here took it upon themselves to go ahead and do it for me. shoutout to felix le kat! great appreciation for marc and everybody on here. DI Lemmar.... welcome. Meet the cycle community you represent. I vote for impeachment
