Hi guys, Rebuilding my 2013 Ghost frame for my missus and have come across some issues. I am wanting to replace the bearings in the headset and am wanting to know if I can replace the existing bearings with internal bearings and what would that entail? I have tried an internal bearing on the bottom and it does not fit the existing race in the frame. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you! The front suspension is also tapered.

I am in Ladismith in the Cape. Looking for the triggers rather than gripshifts. Would have to source online as I have nothing near me.

My fiancée's daughter has a 7 spd sram gripshift gear setup on her 20" bicycle. She cannot change gears at all. I read international forums and have seen similar issues with kids struggling . Are 7 spd trigger shifters available locally? Thanks.

Thanks guys. Correct it is a 104mm bcd. I have managed to locate chainrings.

I am looking to buy new chainrings for a triple crank and am struggling to find them locally. I would appreciate any advice on where to locate them. Thank you.
