Late registration fee R40 Race Format Individuals - All entrants will race as individuals, irrespective of whether they join a team (see below) to compete for the team prize in the 60 + 45km race. Riders may enter for the two stage race over both days, or alternatively on Saturday only or on Sunday only. Prizes will only be awarded for the three two stage races. All riders who complete any one of the Saturday or Sunday legs plus those who complete both legs will receive a Lindani medal. Teams of Four (Must include at least one woman) – Individuals may form themselves into a team of four to compete for the team prize in the two-stage 60 + 45km race. The result will be worked out on aggregate time – it is not required that the team rides together. Team members will be eligible for a R15 discount on the entry fee. Entering as part of a team will not affect participation as an individual.
