Hey fellows I'm not sure how many out there have heard of a product called Fitcentric Netathlon. It is trainer software that you load onto your comp and connect up to your indoor trainer stand, then cycle your little heart out on all the courses it offers. It's designed and sold by a company called Ride Run Row fromt the US. We've had the first version on our network of 5 cycling stands for about 4 years and have just upgraded to Netathlon 2. Basically, it is absolutely crap!!!! Every week there is a new glitch with the software, it freaks out on regular intervals and has countless unforseen small and big issues. It's best trick is to just freeze and hang there. Despite the fact that the comp has 2gigs of RAM to run it, ie. not a hardware problem. There service is shocking. Lot's of vlak and a real 'don't care' attitude from their guys in the States. Has anyone out there got it too? Very keen to know how popular it is in SA, and if you are struggling too?
