  3. I Started spinning 4 weeks ago. Would like to do the EPR 58km in August. I do casual cycling on weekends in the Krugersdorp game reserve. +- 15km at a time. Will a HRM help me at the spinning to see if I am at least improving ?????? What will I have to do to be able to manage that 58km......alive
  4. One thing I can say..........I feel much better now, Knowing that I am not the only one struggling. My hubby didn't try his shoes on his bike yet......only the spinning part and he is doing a race this weekend. The first thing I am taking is the video camera.........
  5. Not bad. I went 30 minutes early and was just clipping in and out. You can defnitely do the sprinting part much harder. What I do need is shoes that will do the work for me....still think I might have a heart atack every nignt.. :rolleyes:
  6. Trying that spinning class toninght....Might sit there for the next week...Atleast there is no fish tank in the gym....
