I always carry ham and cheese or chicken mayo rolls (the small one) the breadrolls definately help absorb all the rubbish in your stomach and stop the nausea. that and USN protein bars, and PVM juice. i also eat everything in sight at the checkpoints

Hi Jabezz all the Garmin products are water resitant, either to 1m for half an hour (iPX7) or 50m depending on the model. If you basically just want to record additional HR info for the Vitality points i would say get the FR70. The forerunner 210 doesnt have a footpod as the GPS gives you speed and distance, so no need for a foot pod

i think the cost also has to do with the fact that companies think "if he can afford a carbon bike he can afford x amount to fix it"

I do have insurance. Bike is only 3 weeks old... Thanks for the feedback. I won't ride it and rather get it taken into Pro Cycles or Macarbi Racing for further analyses.

I've had a small accident on my carbon road bike. There is a small crack in the top tube of the frame. Trying to find out if i need to replace the entire frame or if i could get the crack repaired and without breaking the bank! Will the crack get excessively worse if i continue cycling on it?

how accessable are the support stations? do you need a 4x4 or will a normal car survive?
