I don't do much cycling, only the 94.7, the Iron Man 70.3 and then a few triathlons a year, so I can't justify spending a whack on a road bike, but will still like to improve my times a bit. A cyclist friend has suggested that I get a new wheelset to put on my 2008 Raleigh RC 2000 (which has the original, standard wheels), saying with a R 3g spend it would make quite a difference. So My questions are : 1. Will it make a difference? 2. Which wheelset would be best in that price range?
