  1. I have a Forza Bell. I am very happy with it. Very good service from their side, free delivery as well so that is always a bonus on online. It has saved my arse a couple times on the trails so it's definitely loud enough and was a major improvement from my previous bell. Forza bells are R380 if I remember correctly, so definitively on the the more affordable side and does the job. Forza are a local business so I would choose to support them if you feel there is a debate on yourside. Call me a Forza junky, but for the price of the Spurbell you can get a Forza Bell and a Forza pouch as well(it saved my phone from a high speed crash).
  2. http://www.strava.com/segments/4861906 Average gradient of 16%...but the crux if the climb is 20%-25% loose and rocky. Its a real nail bitter when it comes to line choice! Would love to actually see someone ride it!
  3. Anyone willing to sell a TEAM entry? Been super keen to do this race for 3 years. My team (or some mates) are wanting to do the race as a charity team, Cystic Fibrosis Cycling RSA. Still got spots open if you have an entry but need a team, willing to negotiate. Please send me an email jason@figwild.co.za or jasonvantslot@gmail.com

  6. My partner and I are wanting to put on new tyres for the Absa Cape Epic. We are not looking for necessarily the fastest or the lightest tyres. We are going for a finish rather than a podium. Any advice on good durable tyres will be appreciated.
  7. I have the same question as Johanpre44, can any one answer this question "Can the Rider 40 connect to any ANT+ sensor? Like a Garmin Speed/Cadence sensor or a Suunto HR Belt?" Thanks
