so how'd the first week go?

Hi, I am interested in this bike but whould like an unbiased, user review not the marketing speak one gets online. Anyone got one that they enjoying/not enjoying. Specifics would be appreciated. thanks

I find that after using the usual branded/ sponsored waterbottles one gets at your LBS, mould develops inside it usually in spots where your bottle brush cant reach. does anybody know where one can buy dishwasher proof water bottles that fit your standard bottle cage? Sies.

I have the QR that came with my Easton EA90s.

I find it incredibly tough to open my QR when needing to remove my wheels. I am paranoid about wheels falling out and hate the rattling noise I get when standing on the predals (hills) or have to put big effort into them. Is there something I can do that'll secure my wheels enough so they are tight enough not to "rattle" but still allow me to open the QR easily with min effort?

Saturday there is a groupride from 10th Avenue Walmer at the BP garage or you could do a clubrace as a visitor (see www.masterspe.co.za). The BP ride isnt very long. There's also a groupride in sunday leaving from Makro at 7h00. The group splits halfway and you could do the longer route which takes you over Maitland (cool scenery).

Does that track extend all the way to Settlers park? are you allowed to ride thru settelers park?

I am looking to try mtb-ing in the PE area. can a savvy hubber give me ideas as to where the good tracks are?

I need to buy a new laptop as thieves seem to like my desktops (2 in 2 months). I understand a Core2 Duo processorr is the way to go. Suggestions as to brand and specs will be appreciated. I can spend about R8k (would rather buy SRAM but need it for work).

I've seen post on this topic before so a link to the discussion would be appreciated. I have to pack my bike for travel and my seatpost doesnt want to budge. It makes a horrible squeak when I add force. What is the best way to get it loose form the carbon frame?????
