Sounds like the same issues i had. My heart rate would go up to 230 to 240 beats per minute. Very freaky. It is caused by rouge cells in your heart causing extra heart beats. Called arterial flutter. I had the ablation in December where they cauterized the the rough cells. It was a total success. Heart rate now well behaved at 180 to 190. [emoji38][emoji38][emoji38]

I need some advice on what to do (or what not to do) I have an aluminium seat post in a carbon frame that is absolutely stuck. I don't think it has moved since the bike was bought a year ago. I want to loosen it by hitting it with a piece of wood and a hammer but I'm worried about damaging the carbon frame. I've tried penetrating fluid but no success. What should I do????
