  1. Thanks for all the good advice, I will go see my dealer tomorrow. Hope the bike is the right size.
  2. Thanks, Holy Roller.
  3. Thanks Agteros, I will check out the link.
  4. Appreciate the advice, will do
  5. I have been offered a Trek 1200 for what I think is a reasonble price. I think it might be a little small though, Its a medium (54CM) and I am 1.74m. Any advice, should I be looking at a 56cm?
  6. Very impressive, awesome design, really stands out.
  7. You would need to use it for a week or two to get into your system properly, if you are going to have any side effects you would probably experience them then. As i said before, it didn't work for me and I am glad not to be using it, but f you are going to keep using it stick to your dosage and remember to keep hydrated.
  8. I used Phedra Cut for 4 months, NEVER again. I was constantly irritated and had really bad mood swings for no reason. After bieng relegated to the couch, the kids hating me and the dogs wanting to bite me, it was decision time. While I have used other USN products with mixed results, Phedra cut was just not worth it. There is no subsitute for hard work and good nutrition, rather blow your hard earned money on bike upgrades.
  9. Don"t believe the hype, its a short term solution that could have paying for it later. There has just not been enough consistent research (Don't believe everything the supplement companies tell you) The advice here has all been spot on, you seem to train quite a bit and should have a good diet to compliment your routine. Its worth going to see a sport nutritionist or dietician so that they can customize a program for you. Training, diet and recovery go hand in hand, one without the other often leads to bonking.
  10. Cool picks, I'm from Maritzburg, I will definetly give it a try. Like the Sharks T shirt.
  11. Thats one sweet ride, very impressive.
  12. Thanks The really cool thing is that it takes me 5 minutes to the forrest and 15 to get to this awsome view from home.
  13. Here is a pic from my morning ride, I am lucky enough to get to see this six days a week on training rides, if there is no rain or cloud. The picture was taken at about 5:20 AM at Worlds View, Maritzburg, KZN.
  14. Good bike, good spec at a good price. You might want to consider replacing the seat though. I gave Silverback some serious thought when I was looking for a replacement for my ailing Giant Boulder. I cant say for sure if the bike is MADE in SA, Its a SA owned company based in Cape Town as far as I know
