Yes, thanks to Wendell who had a lot to do with the route but it was Dimitri from Omni-Motion that made it what it was...for the 10th year!?

Wow, what an awesome weekend! Even though i could not ride due to a back injury I had a blast drinking and supporting! I must have helped about 6 people clean their bikes after the "mud sprint" I believe there was a proper bike wash set up but the people who managed it, ran away after the storm hit and didn't come back. I was told they were connections of the Cycle Hub. I must say though, the morons who thought they were clever by disconnecting the showers hose pipes to wash their bikes, screwed it up for others. If the showers don't have water the heating elements over heat and render the showers useless as many found out on Sunday morning. How many times does the announcer have to tell you not to do it? Anyway, well done to all, hopefully I can ride it next year!

No sure, I know you were not suggesting that, I just personally didn't like the venue, too much sand road. I have ridden the new route, yes it's more technical, but honestly, it's an MTB route. If you can't ride this route, you should take up road cycling. I love the new route, it's soo much fun!?

Logwood would never work anymore, fences everywhere! Besides I reckon that course was boring and I doubt it would ever accomodate such a big 24 hour these days!

Last year people said it was too easy and boring, careful what you wish for!

Rietvlei also has 2 restaurants, animals, kids playground, picnic spots and a bike shop. I wish it was closer to me, if it was I would go every weekend?

This is the same 24 Hour just moved to Rietvlei . Same organizers, same awesome event. ? I went to ride this course...WAAAY better?
