  1. I prefer the Twinloc system to the floating sensation of the Giant suspension setup. With the three different settings you get the best out of the dual sudpension and you can adjust it on the fly according to the conditions. With the Giant you have no option except for the initial pressure setup. I hate it when the back end gives way when climbing hard, so a remote lockout is a must in my opnion.
  2. Hi, I've got the same problem with a very old Rox Shox Reba. Best option I could find so far without having to go to the LBS is the following: http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Categories.aspx?CategoryID=563 There's quite a variety, so I guess one woud just have to scrounge around and try and find one that works. I'm planning to order one that might allow me to keep the rotor at 160mm since I'm not sure the wheel I've got can accommodate a 180mm. Hope you come right. Cheers.
