I do a lot of mtb. My latest tyre is only 6 months old

Is anyone else having problems with the tyre delaminating and forming a bubble? I've had two in a row after only half the life of the tyre. A friend had the same problem with his Maxxi tyre. There is no puncture at the spots. I have been using Stans No Tube Sealant.

My crankshaft broke while standing to climb a hill at speed after just coming down another causing me to fall badly injure myself. The bike shops I spoke to had never heard of a crankshaft breaking before and I could find nothing on the Internet. Has this happening to anyone else?
