  1. Anyone interested in a Large Giant Trance X1 2009 model? Very good condition! 2. Has your question been answered yet? I had VERY bad experience in this regard and willing to share...
  3. Is there anyone that had problems with the new 2008/9 remote lockouts on the Fox F32 forks? I don't even want to start... My short version: I had a 2008 Fox F32 with 120mm travel. The new 2009 forks have the option of rem9ote lockout and you can get this also installed on the 2008 forks which I did. After 3 weeks of use I had to send the fork back to Omnico in Cape Town, you lock the remote, but the fork doesn't lock. Long story, but I had to send the fork back another two times, so three times in total. I contacted Fox in the States and they organised me a brand new 2009 fork with remote lockout. I used the fork for one week and the cable came out of the top fitting of the fork! Shimano makes these lockouts, so I think Fox need to go back to the drawing board. I end up taking my fork back to have lockout installed back on the fork. Anyone got something to share?
  4. Thanx guys for all the technical detail. I think these two brands would cost roughly the same. Is there any preference between the two or would the one be just as good as the other one?
  5. Which one of the two would anyone suggest? Is it a problem that the Rox Shocks can still compress a little while locked as opposed to the Fox that is more rigid? Thanx...
  6. Hi there, I am looking at buying a pair of the ImpactX Photochromic Sun glasses, doing mostly Mountain biking. Apparently you get them in a clear version that would tint darker or a half dark that would tint even darker. My eyes are quite sensitive to sunlight, but not sure what the effect would be if you do mountain biking and going into shade areas if I go for the second option? The ones I am looking at is the Rudy Project Rydon Impactx Photochromic Grey. I also see you get this one with Polarized lenses? Also, does anyone know how quickly the transition is? Any info would be much appreciated!
