Had same effects so stopped using it then got HOTROCKS!!!! Oh my word they should be banned they give you energy for hours when training, but they made me super agro. I am a conservationist super relaxed and anty conflict as can be. Hotrocks made me crazy and the heartburn is anberable. I have to agree with azonic you are what you put in and I put in way too much

What should this frame with Manitou shock go for. Size M and in good cond.? Is this a good frame I have a TRek fuel 90 zr BUT it is way to big for me and would like something smaller. I love the Trek for comfort thou and Usability. thanks
