Anybody heard anything about the route conditions? Is it going to be a mudfest?

Nice socks but agree with previous posters, please hide the "sexy socks" logo or make it more discreet. Shorter socks with nice designs also a must, especially in summer heat. The ones that go halfway up to the knee are to long and to hot.

Linden Cycles is by far and away the best cycle shop in Johannesburg. Their attitude, helpfulness, service ethic and prices are the best. It is very seldom that one leaves any shop with a smile on your face and Linden Cycles generally get it right. Their staff are a great mix of experience and youth and all interested in cycling. Tip: Don't go there on a Saturday morning. The shop is packed and you will have to wait for service.
