I would highly recommend Ceres Cycles to anyone anytime!! After my chain was replaced I had some issues with my gears slipping, so being in CPT I took my bike to CWC (always get emails etc from them and thought that they were probably good) I took my bike in as in just a few days it was time for the TransKaroo and my bike had to be ready for this. They recommended that they replace the cassette, which I then gave the go ahead. When the time came to collect my bike, something caught my eye. I saw on the invoice that they charged me for a 9 spd cassette. I thought that perhaps it was an error, but i quickly check the cassette and my 30 speed Scott was converted into a 27 speed. I immediately took my bike back and asked them to please correct my bike, I waited for a while and the eventually corrected it. After my first ride on the bike the gears was slipping again... Luckily Jaco from Ceres Cycles came to the rescue, he took my bike in the day before the Transkaroo and sorted it out! Those guys are magic!! and if it wasn't for them I wouldn't have done the Transkaroo at all. Thanks Jaco, you are great!!!

So disappointed! I Love my Scott 29er, but in the past 12 months that I had my bike the frame cracked twice... The first time I took in my bike and it was with Scott about 2 months, and NO they will not give you a loaner, even if you have entered for races, sorry for you!!! I eventually got my bike back (after they only replaced the portion of the frame that cracked) and they told me that should the frame crack again they will replace the complete frame with a new one. Guess what? About 4 months later the frame cracked again... After taking it in and waiting for almost a month I got my bike back with only the part replaced again. I don't think I will buy another Scott again (even though I have 2 Scott road bikes at home...) Think my next bike will most probably be the Giant Anthem X0 Hopefully their service will be better...
