I have sent Dragons a message, will see what they come up with. Is there any particular reason why the frame would break and is it common to break in that particular place?

Bought it brand new. It's been standing in the garage for a few years. Took the cobwebs off and round March and now this.

My Giant Yukon FX frame has broken. I am a social rider and do not ride the bike hard, was out on a "Sunday stroll" when I thought my chain broke and got jammed but it was the frame. Will I be able to claim this from Giant? Who do I contact?
