Hi Do any one know of some midweek morning MTB group rides in the Linden Area?

I snapped the rail on my Fizik Gobi saddle on the Cradle Quest. I handed in the claim this morning, and got an email back this afternoon saying that it's approved and that I must collect it from my local cycle dealer and pay the excess. Really fast service and hustle free.

I've got a Polar CS300, and I'm struggling to upload all my data to the internet. I just want to find out if there's someone who has the same problem/if there'e someone who's uploading and who can tell me what type of mic he's using.

I bought the 2008 Expert about a month and a half ago, same frame with lower specs, and I'm loving it. You can't go wrong. And it's a beautiful bike!!!

I did the Sabie Experience on my old Gary Fischer Mt Tam with V-brakes. I love the bike, but I stripped the crank and it needs some work on it after Sabie, so I have decided to upgrade to a new bike for Sani2C with disc brakes. My budget is around R20 000, and I've started to have a look around (I'll go hardtail). I like the 2008 GT Zaskar Expert Carbon, but I would have liked a bike with XT for this price as it comes with full LX. Is there anyone who knows this bike or who owns one who can tell me if it?s a good buy? Also how are the Rock Shox Reba shocks? <?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Any suggestions for other bikes will also be appreciated.
