I am planning a group ride from Mbotyi to Port Edward over 4 days in August. The plan is to stay in the Drifters tented camps and lodges. I am hoping that someone who has done this ride before, can help me with route maps for this area of the wild coast, I have the Slingsby maps, but am looking for garmin (gpx) files. Would also appreciate any ideas and tips from those of you that have done it before. Looking forward to your feedback.

Hi Guys Some sage advice needed please on deciding on a new bike. Firstly I am looking for an XC bike for likes of Sani2C, Berg & Bush etc. I am 58 and not a racing snake. My budget is R45k. I serviced my RS Recon Gold TK fork today and when I pulled out the damper it looked like this, what would cause it to distort like this? It looks like it has overheated. Last full service was 1 year ago by LBS probably done +- 100 hours since then and It has not been ridden particularly hard. Some advice please. Obviously I need to replace the damper (it is a Recon Gold TK 2012) should I upgrade to a motion control damper or is there a better damper that will fit.

I am hoping someone can help with a +-50km off road mtb route from the top of Sani Pass into Lesotho and back to the top of Sani.. The plan is we will be ride up Sani Pass and stay the night at the backpackers lodge, then want to do a day's ride in Lesotho and back down the pass in the afternoon. Any route suggestions or maps would be welcome.

Download the IPBike app onto your phone and that picks up the watt bikes and can upload to Training peaks, strava etc.
