Read a review in the Ride Magazine about EPO BOOST and VO2 BOOST from BRL. I know they massive in the States, great to see this is now available in South Africa not sure from whom yet, have contacted BRL and waiting for a reply.

Has anybody heard of Pacific Health and BRL? Received samples the other day and must say really impressed. I tried their Gel and Recover Bar.....did some research and came across a piece where they compared Pacific Health's Gel to GU and results showed an increase of 13% on endurance and 50% reduced damage on muscle post workout, main reason being that it is not a carb only Gel but protein based as well.
