Hi all Planning on going away this December but would not like the fitness to drop to badly. Maybe doing the Attakwas which is early January. I would like to know if any of the happy campers know of safe roads for some good hours of cycling on the South coast at Mossel bay & Hartenbos area. Would help out a lot. I was also thinking of sharing the routs on Garmin connect for others to download. Thanks and Cheers
Hi all I have been struggling with a ITB problem for 4 months now, have not been able to cycle and struggling to walk up and down stairs. I have been to a load of physios and specialists, I am seeing Jeroen this week to get a final opinion and then I am considering the operation. I would like to know who would be a good doc to use in the Western Cape area?
