We should have jumped the Elite Ladies earlier. Being my first proper race, I gotta admit, I didn't even think we were allowed to. This was a good moment in time though. I enjoyed the remark from behind me somewhere...."Now we go!". Awesome ride. Loved it.

Would have been quicker if we weren't required to bow down to the Elite Ladies and the Marshall of Doom who were in the way.

I hit the 60km road race. Rolling, but quick. Made a weekend out of it too, in arguably one of the most beautiful valleys in the country. A little effort is sometimes well worth the reward.
