Hi. You will need to double check whether your existing smart trainer can use one of the adapters. I found iKhambi Distribution to be very knowledgeable and very helpful. Give them a call 0876541940 and let them know what model kickr you have. They will tell you if you can get an adapter and which one. Good luck

Hi folks, I have a Gen2 Kickr Core. Love it to bits. Upgraded my tri bike to Trek speed concept which has a thru-axle. Now my Kickr is “too old” and not compatible with my fancy tri bike. I am told, that the adapters that are required to configure my Kickr are not available in SA and no longer made given that the model is “too old”. Any suggestions? Totally out of my depth. I'm keen to buy a TT bike but not too sure what is good value for money. Am thinking of getting a Cervelo? Any advice would be appreciated!
