Hi Guys I am a 25 year old 182cm looking for my first decent bike.... I live on a farm but would also like to cycle road.... something like the argus etc.... i cycled with an old crummy bike for the past year and really enjoyed the sport so i have decided to invest in a bike that is both decent and up to date, but wont break my bank. I went to a sporting goods store and nearly died when i saw the prices.... I know i want a 29er and it needs to go on tar and farm road.... second hand seems to be the answer as im seeing bikes at a much lower cost than retail... resale value seems to be bad. What bike do i go for? which brand is reputable? Who can i contact? What should i try get for about R6000? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Alex
