My wife took my polar to the guys in Midrand directly at the start of the week before Sabie Classic only to be told it’s going to take 12 WORKING days to change the battery. She was told they have 1000 units in the queue ahead of me and we have to wait. When asked if we can try use it for the race this weekend and still keep my place in the queue, we were told no and would have to fill in a new form. Pathetic service from Polar if you ask me. Convincing me more to move to Garmin.
