I feel so sorry for the families of these unfortunate souls that get taken out on our roads. I have just heard that Graham English got knocked at the top of Llandudno yesterday afternoon at 16h00. Luckily, he survived an 80 km/h hit by a driver who crossed the yellow line. Recover well, Graham. The City, PPA, Clubs, and any other stakeholder need to get together and work through what is becoming a crisis. BTW, I noticed that they are laying spped bumps down Valley Road in Hout Bay to counteract the speed with which these idiots drive down there. I suspect this was initiated and driven by the local equestrian community and the International School. A good example of action being taken.
