A bit painful to see AMA Rider get dragged through the mud of the CSA licensing disaster. I've been here 2 years and never actually recieved the license (tried/paid both years) - fortunately the # and an old USAC license seems do the trick.
Just curious, how do you know your "start group", I recieved an email giving me some info, but nothing on start group - any insights? Race Number: 53 Starting Group: Elite Group
Thank goodness everyone is OK - I rode by this AM and had to look away - it looked horrific. Made may day to hear the cyclist avoided tragedy. The lawlessness out on the roads is out of control. About 10 minutes prior to the crash a black Masserati went blowing by at probably 200 K/hr.
