Good day all, I'm brand spanking new to mountain biking. I'm very eager to do trails in & around Cape Town. But I'm unfamiliar to trails that will be suitable for newbies.... If anyone can pls suggest where, I would really appreciate it allot. Looking forward to responses and training tips.
