I have a 2018 Giant TCR Advanced 2 Disc with a Giant PR-2 disc wheelset. I currently have 700x25C tires fitted. Is it possible to put 700x28C tires on? It looks like there is enough space on the frame but can the wheels handle these tires?

In Pretoria, but who knows, the guy could be from Joburg I had it advertised on The Hub, Junk Mail and OLX. No additional info that could help the case. The story is almost exactly as the article states (which I only found after). I released the bike because the funds had reflected in my account.
