Had similar problems for a while and experimented with bar height and found relief in lowering the bars quite significantly. It took a couple of rides to get used too but the relief was there. I initially had the stem inverted to raise the bar, now lowered with one spacer down. might be worth a try. good luck!
I recently purchased a specialized allez sport, with tiagra fd, 105 rd, and have had erratic shifting in the fd, on reading up tips on setting up , found that it can be fitted with a triple front setup, as a newby and purely a recreational rider,can anyone advise what would be envolved in converting, as well as approx cost or am i wasting my time. thanx in advance
