    I had a garmin fenix 3 and now a garmin fenix 5, best money I have ever spent. Before that I had a polar watch (cant remember which one) but there is just no comparison

    ive done hundrerds of different loops in the cradle if you want to check it out on my strava so you can load it

    Also have the same view. Had the fenix 3 for over a year and was great. Loving the new 5 though, only thing is I could be in another room in the house and still get notifications on my watch, however not the same with the fenix 5. But all in all don't regret It one bit

    bought my fenix 3 new and its the best money I have ever spent, had it for two years now and absolutely love it

    The highest I have ever recorded my heart rate at is 174, is this normal? Also, if I do get to that level it wont be for more than a minute or two

    Going to Ballito in December, and I know there are some nice mtb trails, but ive recently gotten into my road cycling and was wondering if anyone knows if there are any good places to cycle. I am usually at the cradle most weekends or at an event so don't do much cycling with cars all around. Or should I just pack the running shoes and stick to that?

    I would also like to know, I have my silverback insured for 22k and currently paying R132 a month, is that reasonable, based on what KayJ has said, seems about the same
