Looking for a Tacx Antares spare roller (PART NUMBERS0028)/ inner threaded rod: My rear roller's inner threaded rod (fits inside the blue roller) is missing and GarminZA + CWC is advising buying a new complete Antares roller system for R 4k 🙃 Anyone know a reputable engineering shop in Stellenbosch that can supply a rod + thread the inside or a Hubber out there with a broken Tacx Antares or spare parts?

Are any road bike groups riding in and around Stellenbosch? Given the recent bike theft incidents around Stellenbosch I'd like to join a road bike group. Haven't heard back from the Wine Lands Cycling club yet

Hi, guys I have a bicycle that I want to convert into a SS. I have a GT avalanche 3.0 and an old Felt, both are 3x10 and I was just wondering how hard/ easy it would be to convert to a SS. Thanks very much for help
