Hi Guys,
I saw a cyclist down at the Lion Park Circle yesterday just before 08:00.
The cyclist looked badly injured and luckily had lots of help from fellow riders.
There was already lots of help, so I passed onwards towards the Caves.
Can stop thinking about it and just want to find out if the rider is ok?
Really hope he's ok.

Hi guys, I need to get a 50hour service done on a Lefty Ocho Fork and Fox Evol Rear Shock.
I'd prefer to take it in to an accredited service center/shop in JHB instead of sending it in via Courier.
Can you please suggest suitable service center/shop?
