Already have a smaller oval chainring. Its exactly as you said 100Tours.Limits the extreme flex on the power stroke dowm as I understand it.

Have some knee problems,had a couple of ops. Was recomended by a friend and said it made a big improvement on his knees.

Looking at swopping my current 172 Cannondale si hollowgram crank arms with 165. Any other brand that will fit on the spindel or do I need to replace the whole crank set ie xx1 Eagle ??The Cannondale crank arms are crazy expensive!

Question. My daughter(12)and I will be doing the 25km mtb for the first time. We are in different starting groups but I would like us to ride together from the start. Would it be a problem if I start in her later group as far as timing is concerned?

Any suggestions to go for a proper setup in West rand JHB area? Need to go for a knee op and suspect it’s due to poor setup.
