I was wondering what the options were for managing cable tension on a road bike with internal cables. On external cables there are those barrel adjusters on the down tube. On internal cabled bikes how do you adjust tension, particularly the FD. (RD has an adjuster at the deraileur) Are there options other than putting those in-line adjusters in (which are ugly IMO and kinda ruin the clean look of the internal cables) Any advice?
