I’ve had three separate encounters each with large black Mumba’s on the north coast sugar cane in kzn, the second incident I rode straight over him/her. They seemed to be very inquisitive up until the point of eye contact, thereafter slithered of very quickly as they(both of us) got a freight. My advise, stay clipped in and ride straight past or jump over. Say your prays after the ride
