I tore my ACL and meniscus when I was 16 years old. I've since had three operations on that knee, all done by Dr Marais in Cape Town. My knee was never back to normal, far from it, but I could do most things. Now, 10 years later, I think I've injured it again. I've since moved to Durban and have no idea about the local knee specialists and who is the best. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
