Joe Lowe and Down Under - have to agree with your comments. While there are undoubtedly problems from time to time, and from place to place, being observant and avoiding particular places at dodgy times must limit the exposure. But thanks to those less fortunate who pass on the heads' ups after unfortunate incidents!!
