Most definitely book a service package, after a hard day, which will be everyday, you dont want to spend time on your bike. You need to eat,shower and recover... leave the bike to a expert Nutrition package sold out by now...nice to have but not absolutely necessary...

Hi I looking to ride EPIC , I've completed 2 Epic's, last being 2016. We finished in 248th place last year out of 600+ teams. I've ridden many multi stage races and training similar number of hours a week as you. I'll be in Cape Town from 4th March. I'm doing a Road Race tour for 5 days from 6-10 March (Tour of Good Hope) which a lot of Epic riders use as final prep for Epic ,and then CTCT tour on Sunday 12th March.
