Thanks JB, we've had a bit of issues with the R7 and will therefor follow their instructions. For my Fox however, its back to "fit it and forget it"

Guys at Cycles Africa informed us that Manitaou R7 stanchions needs to be lubed before each ride (Thin layer rubbed on with finger) with an oil such as Motorex Semi Bath oil. Does anyone know if this would apply to other shocks such as Fox?

Serious Question: We all know how Floyd Landis got in trouble with too high testosterone levels. Testosterone is cyclists friend. Is it possible to increase levels NATURALLY with more or less sex?

Thanks Johan, must agree with the cheese - this bike is 4 months old, take special care with cleaning, maintenance etc. Didn't think I would have to start replacing chains & blades so soon.

We've got FSA carbon cranks, replaced the chain and now experiencing chainsuck on the middleblade. FSA seem to be having some difficulty in SA and I can't get a new FSA 32T chainring (4Bolt). I am being told that Shimano XT won't work on these carbon cranks. (It's on a new Merida '09 Multivan hardtail) Any suggestions? Suggestion was made to go for a generic such as BBB. Are they trustworthy?

XC - 1st Jose hermida Ramos (Multivan Merida), 2nd Julien Absalom Current World Champ - Orbea), 3rd Burry. Burry came 3rd overall in the Elite Cat but won the U23's The vibe around the course was similar to a Final on Loftus - you had to be there to understand. Anyone went down to PMB for World Champs? Best cycling weekend ever! More than 10 000 tickets sold. Dissapointment: Live TV feed to 35 international countries; NOT in SA, unless I missed it, not even a mention on the news. SA got the contract for next 4/ 5 years to present in PMB, the crowds were awsome, how do we get the media involved in this worldclass event - we're gonna need it to get sponsors on board to collect R8m for next year...
