After my accident, I approached a law firm who specialised in road accidents. Needless to say I was appointed a junior associate who displayed no indication that he was on my side. I was given the wrong advise and "my lawyer" basicly was feeble in court, no clue and cost me R8.500.00 for no prep work and a phone call to tell me we were due in court 45min before the set time. My advise is make sure your lawyer is interested in the case and gives it the attention it needs, otherwise you are going to loose more money. What do they say about lawyers again? Best of luck.

I visited Francois this evening and he is chatty and much happier after some decent sleep. A big opp. on his arm tmrw. Hopefully he will be up for more visits on the weekend. Sterkte Frana ...

I'm sure most of the Worcester Wheelers club members are aware of Francois's medical fund but we need to make sure everyone knows about it. I'm convinced if we all make a contribution we can easily cover his expenses over the next few months. Remember Francois emails us daily - surely we can access his list. Its not for the family to ask but for us to offer. He needs our help now big time, shot Riaan, you are a star!
